Waveform Prediction of Blade Tip-Timing Sensor Based on Kriging Model and Static Calibration Data

چکیده

Blade tip clearance is an important parameter affecting the efficiency, stability, and safety of aero-engines. During high-speed rotation blade, blade changes, which leads to changes in signal amplitude collected by timing sensor. When rotor rotating at high speed, it impractical measure tip-timing under each clearance. Aiming previous problems, a prediction method sensor waveform based on combination Kriging model static calibration data are proposed. The relationship between output voltage angle cutting magnetic line obtained collecting calibration. Based experimental compared with polynomial fit RBF model, accuracy predicting was verified. results show that basically same as but has more advantages when unknown. In contrast, lower than models, prone significant errors.

A Blade Tip Timing Method Based on a Microwave Sensor

Blade tip timing is an effective method for blade vibration measurements in turbomachinery. This method is increasing in popularity because it is non-intrusive and has several advantages over the conventional strain gauge method. Different kinds of sensors have been developed for blade tip timing, including optical, eddy current and capacitance sensors. However, these sensors are unsuitable in ...

A Blade Tip-Timing method based on Periodic Nonuniform Sampling of order 2

Vibrations are among main causes of fatigue and damages leading to destruction of rotating blades. Consequently, motions of blades have to be carefully studied, and in particular, periodic components. Blade Tip-Timing (BTT) methods achieve non-intrusive measurements which is a great advantage with respect to classical methods. They can be modelled by a Periodic Nonuniform Sampling of order L eq...

mortality forecasting based on lee-carter model

over the past decades a number of approaches have been applied for forecasting mortality. in 1992, a new method for long-run forecast of the level and age pattern of mortality was published by lee and carter. this method was welcomed by many authors so it was extended through a wider class of generalized, parametric and nonlinear model. this model represents one of the most influential recent d...

a study on insurer solvency by panel data model: the case of iranian insurance market

the aim of this thesis is an approach for assessing insurer’s solvency for iranian insurance companies. we use of economic data with both time series and cross-sectional variation, thus by using the panel data model will survey the insurer solvency.

Sparse Representation Based Frequency Detection and Uncertainty Reduction in Blade Tip Timing Measurement for Multi-Mode Blade Vibration Monitoring

The accurate monitoring of blade vibration under operating conditions is essential in turbo-machinery testing. Blade tip timing (BTT) is a promising non-contact technique for the measurement of blade vibrations. However, the BTT sampling data are inherently under-sampled and contaminated with several measurement uncertainties. How to recover frequency spectra of blade vibrations though processi...
